1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a term for a small packet of data sent by a web server to a web browser and stored in a user's computer. When the user visits the same server again, the browser sends the data back to the server. Cookies recognize individual users, they keep track of user's customization etc., and so they make web using easier.

Cookies are tools that provide web functionality for a specific user. The previously visited website can use cookies to store information about user's browsing activity or his activity within internet banking and that way it gradually discovers specific user's interests. The cookies can by no means be used to track user's identity by a third party.

  • the right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent), for example by sending an email or letter to the contact details of the Controller,
  • request the Controller to erase such personal data  the erasure will be carried out unless the erasure is contrary to applicable law and the legitimate interests of the Controller,
  • in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of consent, request the transfer of such data,
